How it works
Ice baths and hot hydrotherapy can be used in isolation however when used in conjunction with one another it is known as contrast therapy. Contrast therapy is usually carried out by immersing for 1-3 mins in the hot spa followed by immediately immersing for 1 minute in the ice bath. For maximum results repeat this patter for 20 minutes finishing with 1 minute in the ice bath.
